Pecan Grape Chicken Salad

Del-freaking-licious.


1 grilled chicken breast, cubed
¼ c grapes, halved
2-3 T diced red onion
½ medium Granny Smith apple, chopped
handful of chopped pecans
3 T light mayo (or use Greek yogurt)
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and serve with crackers or on a sandwich.
